Bill Streeper started in the insurance industry in 1994 and joined Penn Mutual in 2009. As a Regional Marketing Director, Bill specializes in advanced planning concepts that satisfy the unique needs of business owners, executives, professionals, and high net worth individuals.

 

Bill is a member of the Du Page National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors as well as DuPage IIA, and Finseca (formerly AALU). He holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, as well as the Life Underwriters Training Council Fellowship (LUTCF) designation.

 

Bill enjoys walking, biking, basketball, and traveling with his spouse, Jola.

Course Agenda

This course will explore the misinformation about the benefits of cash value life insurance. It will discuss what a client may believe to be true and what is really true. The client will make financial decisions based on need rather than a "want". The course discusses how to talk to your client about the true value of their income potential and the negative impact of "needs" planning as opposed to offering the coverage they really want.

Learning Objectives

  1. Effectively understand the difference between cash value and permanent insurance, which is appropriate, and how to find a way for the client to afford it.

  2. Learn to identify the benefits of cash value life insurance and help your clients see it as an asset that will make their investment portfolio better...not be better than their investment portfolio.

  3. Speak to the affordability of life insurance and effectively communicate how the premium is the solution to their problem...not the problem itself.
