Erika has been leading a team in the Medicare space for nearly a decade now and has found a passion assisting agents, clients, and industry professionals to a deeper understanding of Medicare and how they can make the most of themselves and their businesses. Course Description:

Presenter will address the how existing agents can learn more about Medicare and how it works. This greater understanding will allow them to grow or enter the Medicare market through grass roots community programs – and also show them how to navigate the ever changing legislative changes within the industry.

 

Learning Objectives:

1. Understanding what Medicare is and when people can enroll

2. Outline how agents can compliantly market themselves and Medicare programs to new and prospective clients 

3. Speak to the changes in the industry in the wake of the Inflation Reduction Act and now the new Trump administration could impact the industry in 2025 and beyond
