The 2023 NAIFA-National Leadership Conference was held in D.C. on December 4-5, 2023. 
The Indiana Delegation that attended were Jim Hardee (NAIFA-Indiana Trustee), Daniel Stallings (NAIFA-Indiana President), Connie Marcum (NAIFA-Indiana Trustee), and Jeremy Stackhouse (NAIFA-Indiana President-Elect).
